To leave Ibiza missing a potato and vegetables omelette from Can Cosmi is almost a sin, especially in February, when the almond trees on the plain “Corona” are in full blossom and the landscape is idyllic. The establishment opened in 1951, first as a local grocery and pub. At present it is run by the founder’s sons, Juanito and Toni. The terrace is a pleasant place to stay, facing the church, and the friendliness of this family truly upgrades this old inn.

Our recommendations
Apart from the popular omelettes, other dishes are ‘Escalope’, baked chicken, salads, and fried eggs with potatoes. Good value for home made food. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the grocery as it is kept from origins.
