Santo Domingo church, built in the 17th century, is attached to the Monastery of the same order, and it is the second largest temple in the isle, after the Cathedral. Although at the beginning the Dominican priests lived in the Parish of Jesús, they finally had to move inside the walls for security. After several alterations, the cloister was attached to the Town Hall. It is worth visiting for the fresco paintings on the main nave, created by the Majorcan painter Matas in 1884, and for the chapels.
