Can Pou is a place to enjoy an evening party under the stars, in summer, or beside the chimney, in winter. The house where Can Pou is set up combines an atmosphere without pretensions with an exquisite kitchen, of Hispanic, French and Scandinavian influences. The restaurant was born in 1998, when Joan Cardona came back to the island after going over half of the world. As an adolescent, Joan started learning at the hotel Cala Graci\u00f3, where he met a client that proposed him to work at \u201cChez Lasserre\u201d, one of the best known restaurants in Paris. Afterwards he went over London, Miami, Stockholm… Now, in Can Pou, Joan attends the clientele while his son Daniel, who was formed in the School of Hotel Business of Stockholm, cooks simple and delicious recipes.
