Xico Sala, founder of Es Torrent, has created a unique atmosphere by the sea. To start his business he chose Es Torrent, a hidden beach in the middle of the beautiful bay Porroig. He ended up building one of the most exclusive restaurants in Ibiza, with a beach bar soul. It has a spa area by the shore, though the best attraction of the place are the dishes, elaborated with best quality products and absolute devotion.
Among starters, the Espardenyes, the sautéed calamari, clams ‘a la marinera’ and grilled mussels. Next, try the Bullit de peix, the best Fideua in Ibiza, local prawn Caldereta or any of the baked fish. At Es Torrent, life becomes pure pleasure.
